Senior Business Systems Analyst (PeopleSoft -Supply Chain)

Provide support, troubleshooting, issue identification, potential resolutions and project improvements.

·Business Process Improvement
Follow, document, and design business processes. Identify areas of process improvement communicate to management. Assist or lead in implementing process improvements.
Advanced knowledge of troubleshooting techniques. Provide feedback to users on how to avoid consistent errors and looking for long-term solutions. Evaluate and take the lead on internal training opportunities based on consistent user problems. Critical thinking.
·Support Daily Operations
Consult with department staff and Information Services to determine application requirements. Serve as a resource person for the department and as a liaison between the department and Information Services. Design, write and prepare complete user documentation. Serve as the lead when applying PeopleSoft bundles/patches/fixes and coordinate all testing efforts. Conceive and document test scenarios that emulate business transactions and operations in a controlled test environment. Evaluate current manual test scripts for quality/effectiveness/efficiency. Convert manual test scripts and scenarios to automated test scripts where applicable.
·Project Management
Assist with setting task priorities and timelines. Responsible for identification of issues with potential solutions. Plan and execute manual and automated integration and system testing. Report to management on status of defects, replication, and retesting.

Skills & Competencies
·Computer Proficiency
Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), e-mail, and internet
·SQL - Basic
Basic knowledge of SQL

·Bachelor Info Technology OR Bachelor in Accounting
·3 years related experience
