SUBFUNCTION DEFINITION: Seeks support from generous individuals, families, and institutions to enable CCHMC to improve funding to expand and update facilities, to carry out important research and to improve treatment options for sick children.

REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES

•Donation Management
Enter CCHMC donations into the donor database consisting of general donations, event donations, direct mail responses, corporate donations, major gifts, estate gifts, gift in kinds, payments on pledges and tribute donations, etc. Set up and create new gift batches. Process credit card and cash donations through donor database. Create tribute accounts and attach appropriate family acknowledgment information. Set up matching gift donations and create matching gift pledge.

•Processing

•System
Work with Development Systems Manager to ensure timely deposit and accurate entry of all fundraising and event-related data. Use contact entry forms to record all necessary information and important details from donor interaction, including stewardship activities with donors and prospects

Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of work experience in a related job discipline.
•or equivalent combination of education and experience

Raiser's Edge Experience
