The Stem Cell/Hematopoiesis Program and Hematologic Malignancies Programs of the Cancer and Blood Disease Institute at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center invites applications for tenure-track faculty positions at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professors. The mission of these inter-related programs is to pursue multi-disciplinary, synergistic, and highly collaborative research dedicated to normal and malignant hematopoiesis. The programs are built upon a foundation of extraordinary institutional strengths in basic and translational sciences. We seek candidates with innovative approaches and novel paradigms to study the basic biology, modeling and translational aspects of stem cell biology, benign hematopoiesis, and malignancies including Leukemia/Lymphoma, Myelodysplastic Syndromes, and Myeloid neoplasms as well as premalignant conditions/clonal hematopoiesis and marrow failure syndromes.

Analytical ability required to evaluate data, and make judgments with regard to medical/surgical, and clinical research material.
Possess organization and prioritization abilities.
Knowledge of research methodology, practice specialty, growth and development, family centered care, pathophysiology and/or pharmacology.
Organizational ability to work effectively within a highly matrixed and complex medical center. Possesses expert knowledge and experience of medical specialty.

·PhD degree in a related scientific or research field
·Five years related experience in research field research and/or Lab experience AND assisting with the preparation of data for presentation at scientific meetings
·Associate Professor appointment or eligibility required
