PURPOSE OF POSITION: To provide transportation for various individuals from off- site parking, transport individual/groups between campus and off campus sites.

Responsibilities
·Transportation
Operate, on a scheduled basis, a CCHMC shuttle Bus or any other CCHMC vehicle. Provide transportation to and from off-site parking and between campus and off campus sites. Provide transportation to and from MOB and Ronald McDonald House.
·Safety
Maintain a clean and safe vehicle. Ensure work areas are organized and present a safe, accessible, effective and efficient environment. Provide a safe and smooth shuttle experience for employees and visitors.
·Customer Service
Provide good customer service to passengers and visitors and perform duties in a professional manner.
·Quality Improvement
Participate in improving organizational performance through recommending areas or approaches for improvement activities, performing new procedures, collecting data and providing input to department discussions.
·Licensing
Comply with all Department of Transportation regulations involved within the Commercial Driver Licensure. Maintain current DOT physical card.

Required:
·High School Graduate OR Equivalent combination of education and experience
·Commercial Driver's license with passenger endorsement
·3 years related experience

Preferred:
·Associates Degree
·5 years related experience
·Experience with passenger occupied vehicles
