Provide coordination, support and oversight of aspecific department/division
program. Serve as a resource for the daily operationsof the assigned program, which may include a customer service function. Work to coordinate, plan,direct, organize, maintain, improve & monitor new and existingrelationships with internal and external partners. Execute short and long termprogram goals. Develop effective relationship with key internal andexternal partners.
Serve as the program coordinator for the assignedprogram. Support leadership in the implementation and
coordination, evaluation and planning of the programsshort and long-term goals. Provides support for day to day administration andoperational issues such as data management, marketing and communications,outreach, Maintains direct communication with key staff to assureinteraction and information exchange among program components, project leaders,and among the professional and lay communities. Participate fully in thestrategic planning process identifying areas of need and focus and translatingportions of the annual plan in to well defined projects and programs w/timelines and deliverables. Plan and execute projects in accordance with agreedupon project timelines.
Manages administrative functions and work flow withinthe program, utilizing office systems and resources in the most efficientmanner possible. Serves as point of contact for information concerningactivities of the program. Takes ownership of issues and concerns communicatedto them and provides follow up to bring issues to conclusion. Ensuresappropriate operational information regarding the program is communicated to appropriatestaff.
Provides oversight for the organization of files andrecords.
Collaborate in an effective and timely manner withinternal and external contacts to achieve program goals. Serve as a resource in appointment setting andfollow up related to accommodating the needs of internal/external customers. Provide support,assistance, problem solving and information to internal/external customers.
Answer, screen and direct phone calls, in-personinquiries or web or E-mail inquiries from internal/external customers. Update related communication materials asappropriate, including letters, forms, web content and other marketingmaterials.
Participate in improving organizational performancethrough identifying areas for improvement and potential approaches/activitiesfor achieving improvement, perform new procedures, collect data and provideinput to program discussions and planning. Develop knowledge and professionalskills through cross-training and literature searches. Participate inestablishing job requirements and goals; perform duties at the desired level ofcompetency. Recommend approaches for improvement activities, recommend andperform new processes, collect and measure data, develop processes based onperformance and communicate results.

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 3 years progressively responsible experience in acomplex organizational system OR
• Equivalent combination of education and experience

Ability to manage large amounts of data and translateto recommendations. Proficiency in quantitative analysis and interpretation aplus. Ability to generate graphical displays also a plus.
