The Patient and Family Wellness Center in the Cancer and Blood Diseases Institute is seeking an early-career psychologist for a research-focused faculty position. The Patient and Family Wellness Center was established in 2012 through a close partnership between the Cancer and Blood Disease Institute and Behavioral Medicine and Clinical Psychology. The mission of the Patient and Family Wellness Center is to advance the behavioral, emotional, cognitive and spiritual outcomes of CBDI patients and families through science and evidence-driven practice. The Center is a comprehensive psychosocialclinical and researchprogram for children, adolescents and young adults with cancer and blood diseases.

It is internationally recognized for improving child health and transforming delivery of care through fully integrated, globally recognized research, education and innovation.

We are seeking candidates for oneResearch Assistant Professorlevel faculty position. The ideal candidate will have completed a doctorate in clinical psychology (APA accredited) and be licensed or license-eligible in Ohio, completed 2 years research-focused postdoctoral training or work experience, and have a specific research focus in at least one hematology, oncology or stem cell transplant population. It is preferable that the candidate have experience with writing and submitting research grants.
