In partnership with Clinical Directors, provide Mental Health Operational vision, leadership, coordination and strategic planning for all Mental Health sites of care. Serve as an expert and resource to organizational leaders to ensure CCHMC's Mental Health strategic plan is aligned with CCHMC's strategic and operating plans with the appropriate metrics to measure performance over time.
Strong internal partner who will coordinate closely with clinical, research and business operations leadership to make sure our critical day-to-day operations are safe and that we are making progress toward our strategic plan goals across all Mental Health sites of care. Develops and fosters collaboration between Mental Health departments to ensure an integrated approach to providing services.
In partnership with our Mental Health Physician and Patient Services leaders, represent CCHMC in various community, state and regional advocacy activities.
Works in partnership with the Business leaders to ensure short and long term financial stability of the departments.
