Provide support for the employment process and functions for the Human Resources Department of a Medical Center dedicated to the care of infants, children and adolescents.
Responsibilities Include providing administrative support and assistance for recruitment activities including job postings, coordination of interview schedules, reference checking, credential checking, and screening activities. Assist with ideas for LinkedIn use and social media.
Skills & Competencies Effective verbal, written, telephone and interpersonal communication skills. Capable of relating to diverse age and demographic backgrounds. Demonstrated advanced clerical skills including accuracy, attention to detail, sound judgment, prioritization ability and independent work initiative. Proficient data entry and typing skills. Computer literate and working knowledge of software applications (word processing, spreadsheet and database). Possess working knowledge of Cincinnati Children's policies and procedures, legal issues and Human Resources functions. Possess a professional, customer service oriented and diplomatic manner.
Associate's Degree in a related discipline and minimum 2 years related experience in a Human Resources environment, or Minimum 4 years' related experience within a Human Resources environment or Currently in a Human Resource program
