Meal preparation, delivery, stocking supplies. Deliver food trays to patients within 45 minutes of order. Track trays during entire process. Prepare and place cold food items on trays. Use knowledge of required portion size. Check trays for accuracy. Stock floor kitchens with required items. Correctly record all supplies and rotate products according to proper dates.

Communicates with patients & families in a courteous manner. Respond promptly to requests by patients & families. Keep management fully informed of daily needs and problems that develop during the shift.
Maintain specified procedure for ensuring that work areas are organized and present a safe environment, attend required monthly in-services. Comply with Infection Control policies & procedures.
