Process Payroll and support accounting and human resource functions for a Medical Center dedicated to the care of infants, children and adolescents. Serve as a resource and role model for the department/division.

·Provide customer service to all departments:
Audit Kronos Time and Attendance timesheets. Establish relationships with each department's timekeeper. Respond to department representative or employees with payroll questions or issues that accurate information. Pro-actively seek to improve methods of receiving input and output for Kronos and PeopleSoft systems.
·System Support:
Report problems to appropriate person. Perform data entry for flat amounts, PTO and EIB adjustments, refunds and manual checks. Review and correct error report, net wages over $1500 report and employees with no pay sheet. Run post confirm reports such as deduction register, garnishment report, direct deposit total page and PTO accrual summary. Set-up direct deposit information and garnishments.
·Process Payroll:
Prepare manual or online checks and process stop payments. Process bi-weekly check requests and prepare files for electronic data transfer for tax sheltered annuities payments and miscellaneous deductions. Create electronic data file to send to Credit Union. Create monthly reports such as Bureau of Employment Service. Create bi-weekly reports such as Terminal PTO and EIB and Hours Report for Retroes.
