Participate in monthly status calls with third party hosting partner and application vendor. Represent the team at Client Advisory Panel, User Group meetings. Provide go-live support for client base. Work collaboratively with Information Services to leverage resources. Develops collaborative relationships with client group.
Analyze and resolve escalated issues. Provide on-call support and manage practice support queue as assigned. Program queries to look for discrepancies, opportunities to improve revenue, clinical care, compliance, etc. Develop solutions for long-term resolution of complex issues.
Presents high level concepts to Core Team, User Group, Clinical Content Committee. Evaluates training needs. Designs, writes, prepares complete user documentation for clients, including system training manuals. Deliver training as needed.
Prepares statistical summaries and reports. Create dashboard reports. Write ad hoc queries for internal use and clients.
Participate in implementation improvement opportunities. Participates in Morehead EE Satisfaction survey action planning. Evaluate physician workflow and how to best apply application to yield better efficiency, more consistent care. Build new templates, interfaces to other systems. Support and maintain. Submit enhancement requests.
