We seek motivated physicians who seek a career in pediatric hospital medicine in an academic setting. We provide individualized career development through individual mentoring and participation in quality improvement, education, and research efforts. Our faculty have the opportunity to receive training in CCHMC's renowned quality improvement courses. We are committed to building a diverse physician workforce and strongly encourage applicants from backgrounds historically under-represented in medicine.
