PURPOSE OF POSITION: Provide in-depth change management, OD and business consulting services throughout the enterprise supporting Talent and Enterprise-wide objectives. This will include opportunities for helping to improve CCHMC by developing high performance organizations one person, department, division, and unit at a time. This also includes a focus on developing strategies and programs to improve cultural health and outcomes, advancing the strategic plan, facilitating/influencing the management of change, guiding organization improvement and redesign, driving employee engagement, enhancing team development, and emphasizing strategic thinking and execution.
Responsibilities
• Business Consulting - Provide business consulting and performance consulting to improve overall organizational financial and operational performance.
• Change Leader - Ability to lead cross-functional business, learning, talent and change management teams to solve enterprise challenges in such a way that has tangible impact on the organization.
• Facilitating Cultural Change - Work with client's through-out the enterprise to establish strategic and cultural direction in line with our core values. In partnership with clients develop plans and practices to effectively manage and sustain change.
• Organizational Assessment, Diagnosis & Feedback - Effectively diagnose organizational systems and provide consultation to clients to address individual, team, or organizational capability needs.
• Organizational & Structural Design - Facilitation of the methodology for organizational and structural design, including the due diligence, analysis, consultation and guidance of complex or multi-divisional organizational design and restructuring to ensure the organization is structured optimally to execute the strategic plan.
• Change Management - Serve as a change agent; assist in facilitating the transformation of the organizations culture to support strategic initiatives, our rapid growth, and change initiatives through the integration of our change management philosophy and methodology. Collaborate with key stakeholders to deploy the organizational change management methodology across the medical center and measure impact.
• Employee Engagement - Administration and management of the employee engagement survey program to identify organizational challenges and in partnership with key stakeholders establish strategies and deploy solutions to enhance engagement, retention, and organization performance.
Qualifications
Required:
• Bachelor's Degree & 7 years' related exp or Master's Degree & 5 years' related exp
