Performs clinical data entry and validation to ensure accuracy, completeness and legibility of data. Assists with the development and evaluation of forms. Enter process and clinical data into various databases. Maintain internal record keeping system(s) in conjunction with clinical research associates and biostatistics internal staff.
Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy of data manually entered by others. Maintains and audits data, providing status and activity reports as required. Maintains and revises lists, control records, and coding schemes necessary to process source data. Maintains master files for clinical protocol.
Assists users with requests for clinical documents. May answer phones, file paperwork, provide customer service and assist with other administrative processes.
