To support and coordinate assigned efforts in support of the Center or Projects.

Coordinate the logistic functions of planning, preparing and delivering quality improvement education to CCHMC employees and our community partners. The coordination functions in this job includes creating class schedules, printing/copying class materials, recording participant demographics, set up and tear down of materials at class functions, managing vendors, tracking student fees and tracking class evaluations.


·Project Support
Provide support of departmental initiatives. Participate in projects which require researching issues, information and data collection, analysis and presentation. Support the identification of system and technology needs in support of project requirements.
·Data Collection
Coordinate collection of data from project participants and other sources.
·Administrative Support
Coordinate meeting logistics. May support the creation of materials for work shops and tools to support change in practices. Answer phones for Center and from project participants and route to appropriate team members. Coordinate and assemble material necessary for communications. Transcribe and type reports, correspondence, meeting minutes and memorandum. Open, sort, screen, read and annotate incoming mail, scheduling meetings and taking meeting minutes. Performs routine office support tasks as necessary, including, but not limited to, maintaining hard copy and/or database files, sorting/distributing mail, schedule meetings and taking meeting minutes.

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

·Bachelor's degree OR Equivalent
·2 years related experience
