Identify concerns raised by referring providers in referring patients to CCHMC. Work collaboratively with CCHMC divisions and referring physicians to help improve referral processes. Assist in collecting and measuring data, developing processes based on performance, develop and implement communication strategies to disseminate results to CCHMC leadership and key stakeholders.
Manage communications to and relationships with key stakeholders. Produce verbal and written communication using traditional and emerging media; and present findings, outcomes and potential solutions across all organizational levels and with regional, national, and international providers.
