PURPOSE OF POSITION: Develop telehealth services by working with clinical divisions to manage project from inception to launch. Drive the development of telehealth clinical services by leading cross-function teams to develop clinical, technical, operational, and business aspects of services. Maintain relationships with external providers or sites and serve as subject matter expert once telehealth services are in place. Identify areas of improvement and work collaboratively with departments and external providers to support telehealth services at CCHMC. Identify new clinical services that align with strategic goals of the center, and establish relationships to build those services. Serve as primary telehealth resource for CCHMC department (s)/division(s) knowledgeable on all aspects of telehealth. This position is able to lead multiple divisions' telehealth projects.

·Program Consultation
Collaborate with others to plan or administer a specific program or service. Serve as an expert and internal resource to staff and/or physicians/faculty in regards to a specific aspect of the program or service. Assist in the design of program metrics and goals, and presents improvements to help reach these goals.
·Project Management
Provide leadership for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with organizational strategy, commitments and goals. Define project scope, goals, deliverables and resource requirements. Develop full scale project plans and manages project budget, resource allocation, and timeline. Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. Direct assigned project team ensuring effective utilization of resources. Constantly monitor project deliverables and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders. At the completion of the project, conduct a thorough evaluation and assessment of the project's results. Effectively apply project management skills.
·Problem Analysis and Resolution
Identify concerns raised by referring providers in referring patients to CCHMC. Work collaboratively with CCHMC divisions and referring physicians to help improve referral processes. Assist in collecting and measuring data, developing processes based on performance, develop and implement communication strategies to disseminate results to CCHMC leadership and key stakeholders.
Manage communications to and relationships with key stakeholders. Produce verbal and written communication using traditional and emerging media; and present findings, outcomes and potential solutions across all organizational levels and with regional, national, and international providers.
Work collaboratively/cooperatively with others to achieve goals. Proactively adjust one's style and/or efforts to complement those of others. Develop positive working relationships with peers/colleagues. Share knowledge and/or provide support for team members. ·Bachelor's degree
·5 years related experience on cross-functional teams in the development & implementation of complex services/projects

·Working knowledge of telehealth and medical terminology
·Experience managing cross-functional team and multiple projects
·Master's Degree
·Experience in a complex medical center OR Experience in healthcare
