The Associate will support CincinnatiChildren's internal communications work. The person in this role willfacilitate communication that results in employees being informed, engaged andcommitted to personal and organizational success in an ever-evolving healthcareenvironment. Thisincludes (1) developing and editing multimedia content, (2) implementingcontent via various technologies and (3) project management.

RequiredSkills

· Strong writingand computer skills, using multimedia approaches to content

· Strongverbal/listening/interviewing/interpersonal skills

· Demonstrated abilityto work independently and within a team

· Works well withall levels; develops good relationships with colleagues

· Is able toconsult/advise departments about their communication needs

· Demonstratedability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Education/WorkExperience

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Public Relations or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Preferred:

  • Experience within healthcare, academic institutions.
