PURPOSE OF POSITION: To develop and manage integrated communications efforts for various departments to increase referrals and enhance the reputation of the organization.
·Planning and Execution Contributes to total effectiveness of marketing team and department to increase referrals and enhance reputation of the organization; solving problems proactively, offering creative ideas, and working as a positive, engaged team member. Demonstrates understanding of business objectives by participating in the development of annual strategic marketing plans; creates and executes tactical programs to achieve goals; Executes assigned targeted, marketing and communications initiatives ensuring quality, effectiveness, consistency and efficient use of resources. Employs project management techniques to complete project completion on schedule and on budget; Executes message strategy under direction; applies message knowledge across all projects; Supports the coordination of project teams, project meetings and communications toward effective collaboration and information sharing; Participates in the identification/creation of tracking and measures; compiles data; creates reports and communicates results; Regularly reports project status and results to supervisor, clients, team, directors.
·Client Relationships Build and maintain positive client relationships while maintaining a consultative role; Develops effective relationships with colleagues; Responds to requests quickly and effectively; appropriately activates additional resources and personnel to respond to issues; Effectively communicates and works with team members; Identifies and understands customer needs and expectations and meets them; accurately gauging how to satisfy these requirements.

·5 years related experience
·Experience in healthcare OR Experience working in a hospital
