About the Position

TheAssistant Vice-President of Integrated Marketingwill develop integrated marketing strategies and plans to increase referrals from local, regional, national and global markets. Deliver marketing support to achieve short and long-term reach and revenue goals. Lead marketing strategies to support business development objectives for geographic expansion. Direct advertising and media spend towards priority markets and key target audiences.

In order to develop and plan integrated marketing strategies, this leader must be able to leverage digital best practices to engage our target audiences and build our reputation. Develop and manage brand strategies to address evolving and expanding needs of the institution and lead integration of strategies with other functional areas throughout the medical center including Development, Government Relations, Community Relations, Physician Services and other departments. Create and direct brand architecture and brand guidelines that support institutional and business growth requirements. Demonstrate innovation and thought leadership in brand strategy, service line marketing, creative development and physician engagement.

Required Skills

· Experience defining marketing strategies and executing programs for large organizations. Consumer and business-to-business marketing experience preferred.

· Demonstrated understanding of brand and marketing campaign management. Experience with planning and directing integrated marketing plans using mass media, digital and direct marketing approaches.

· Interpersonal communication: excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to provide strategic brand and marketing consultation to senior management. Drive collaboration across departments and functions.

· Staff Management: demonstrated track record in supervising staff to produce measureable results that are aligned with goals and great people developer.

Education/Work Experience


  • Bachelor of Arts OR Bachelor of Science
  • 15 years of experience leading and managing marketing programs having significant business impact
  • Supervisory experience


  • Master's Degree
  • Experience in healthcare and digital marketing strategies; planning, development, execution and measurement
  • Marketing agency and/or large organization marketing function leadership positions
