Assist functional users of finance, supply chain, and grant related applications by performing configuration guidance, maintenance tasks, general troubleshooting and managing user issues.
Supports the Billing, Accounts Receivable, Contracts and Grants module areas along with non-patient billing invoices from non-PeopleSoft systems like Cores Billing and Cerner Billing. This position is critical to support the PeopleSoft Billing and Accounts Receivable modules and will initially support the upgrade or replacement of the current non-patient billing applications.

Responsibilities
·Business Process Improvement
Capture, analyze, and document business and user requirements. Identify areas of potential process improvement and consistently communicate to peers/lead management.
·Analysis:
Knowledge of troubleshooting user errors. Provide feedback to users on how to avoid consistent errors and looking for long-term solutions.
·Support Daily Operations:
Consult with department staff and Information Services to determine application requirements. Serve as a resource person for the department and as a liaison between the department and Information Services. Design, write and prepare complete user documentation. Partner with test team and assist in the preparation of the testing strategy and testing execution plans to ensure test cases map to requirements.

Skills & Competencies
·Database - Basic
Working knowledge of database software
·COMPUTER PROFICIENCY
Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), e-mail, and internet
·BUSINESS:
Experience gathering business and user requirements. Ability to create test scripts and perform software tests.
·TECHNICAL WRITING:
Clear and effective writer and documenter, with experience writing technical documentation.
·ANALYTICAL:
Ability to oversee/direct user group requirements meetings. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent communication skills. Adept and effective meeting facilitator. Detail oriented, highly organized and able to manage multiple project tasks concurrently.
·FLEXIBILITY:
Ability to be flexible and able to deal with frequently changing priorities in a fast paced environment.

Required:
·Bachelor's Degree in a related field
·Minimum 1 year systems experience with some ERP exposure

Preferred:
·Three or more years of business analysis experience supporting ERP system initiatives
